At Francesca, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all boutique tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
